Most commonly known as the author of Jefa in Training, and thought partner to some of most incredible multicultural diverse entrepreneurs and thought leaders who are breaking barriers and creating impact in their industries.

ABOUT LA HOJA

What started as an extension of my book and a way to continue building community with my readers in 2022, has now turned into something much greater. La Hoja is now known as a reliable resource and safe space for underrepresented changemakers to find inspiration, learn and feel less alone.

My mission with this newsletter is to provide you with inspiration and tools for you to be able to navigate life and business - no matter what phase you might be in, what path you’ve come from or where you’re headed now.

Much like I’m a thought partner to my clients, I hope that La Hoja can serve as a thought partner to you.

Through (at least) monthly free posts, I’ll be sharing my personal insights as well as resources, strategies and stories from my network. Some posts might be curated resource lists, others might be articles with reflection questions, and some might even just be updates on my business.
