hola, it’s nice to meet you!
I’m Ashley!
Most commonly known as the author of Jefa in Training, and thought partner to some of most incredible multicultural diverse entrepreneurs and thought leaders who are breaking barriers and creating impact in their industries.
Welcome to LA HOJA
What began as an extension of my book Jefa in Training has evolved into a reflection of me—Ashley, a multicultural business strategist, bestselling author, and multi-passionate creative.
As someone deeply fascinated by psychology, personal growth, and the small yet meaningful moments that bond us as humans, my mission with La Hoja is to provide inspiration, tools, and resources to help you navigate life and business—no matter what phase you're in, the path you've come from, or where you're headed. Much like I’m a thought partner to my clients, I hope this newsletter can serve as a thought partner to you.
Over the past two years, I’ve faced some of the most challenging seasons of my life—struggling with infertility while scaling my consultancy and career as an author, speaker, and strategist. During this time, I found solace in the stories of others and was reminded that sharing our journeys helps us feel less alone. Now, I want to offer that same space to you.
What You'll Find in La Hoja
When you subscribe to La Hoja, you’ll gain access to three unique sections:

Together, let’s elevate our businesses con cultura y corazón.

A deeply personal space where I share raw, unfiltered reflections on navigating life and entrepreneurship as a multicultural founder. From messy lessons to unexpected wins, JefaThoughts is about the journey—figuring it all out with grace, grit, and a little humor. Think personal growth and connection over business tactics.
3. Doing Business Differently
