A very happy 2025 to all of you and a huge thank you for being here. It’s nice to be back with you, familia.
As a Capricorn whose birthday’s coming up (January 7th 🎉), I’ve been deep in reflection mode. You know how us Capricorn (+ first gen eldest daughters) are—always planning, always dreaming, always trying to make things happen. But I’ll be honest: last year, I spent too much time waiting. Waiting to share my story, waiting for the “right time,” waiting for things to feel just right.
Not this year. My mantra for 2025 is to BE BOLD, and I’m ready to embrace it fully. No more holding back. No more waiting. I want you to invite you to do the same.
What Does Bold Look Like?
For me, it’s about taking messy, imperfect action. It’s about showing up, even when things aren’t 100% polished. And it’s about leaning into this framework I’ve been refining over the past year—the Connect & Grow Framework—which has helped me gain clarity and momentum like never before.
What Is the Connect & Grow Framework?
I’ve realized that whether you’re launching your business or scaling it to the moon, there are three things every entrepreneur needs to grow:
Thought Leadership: Building trust and showcasing your expertise.
Community Building: Connecting authentically with the people who support you.
Revenue Diversification: Expanding the ways you serve your audience.
It’s a cycle: Thought leadership builds trust → Community creates connection → Revenue diversification allows you to serve your people better and keep growing.
Here’s how you can start applying it today:
For Thought Leadership: Share your expertise! Write a LinkedIn post, create an Instagram reel, or pitch yourself to a podcast. The key is to position yourself as the go-to person in your field.
For Community Building: Ask your audience what they need. Listen to their stories, engage with them directly, and make them feel valued.
For Revenue Diversification: Think about one product or service you can add or expand on this quarter. (Been getting requests for something? Maybe it’s time to try it out!)
