Let’s go to Mexico - juntas!
I’m so excited to announce that the first ever Jefa in Training Retreat will take place this October in the Mexican city I hold so close to mi corazon,Morelia,Michoacan!
The retreat will take place from October 24th to October 31st and will be a balanced work + cultural experience.
Some of you may remember that a few months ago I brought on my mami to work with me as my Special Projects Coordinator - this is what she was working on! And let me just say, she understood the assignment.
Here’s what we came up with:
The WORK portion will be focused on going deep into analyzing your business wins + challenges of 2022. It will be a combination of one on one time with me, mastermind sessions with the group and time alone to create content, catch up on admin tasks - whatever you need. The end goal will be creating a sustainable business development strategy for 2023 that will include everything from new product/service launch timelines, sales + community marketing strategies and exercises to help you level up.
The CULTURE portion will show you truly everything Morelia has to offer.
A true local experience, coordinated by a Morelia local - mi mami! You’ll get to try specialties such as gazpachos - the traditional fruit salads of Morelia, uchepos, incredible sweet corn tamales with crema y queso and more. You’ll get to see the city via trolley, take a VIP tour of the Museo de los Dulces Morelianos, take a day trip to Patzcuaro to get our artisanal shopping on, a boat ride to the island of Janitzio (bonus, there are mariachis on the boat) and so many more surprises.
IN SHORT: You will leave the retreat inspired to create and grow your businesses + with amazing memories with your new mastermind group of emprendedoras.
If this sounds like what you need, apply today.
UPDATE: THERE’S TWO SPOTS AVAILABLE!
Last month I opened up the retreat to my VIPs - mujeres who have been invested in my journey since day one, and now I’m opening the opportunity up to all of you.
I’ll be reviewing applications for the next week and will need a deposit from selected applications (est. April 30th) to lock in the last spots for this experience.
