Now let’s chat about Q4.
More specifically, how can we best use Q4 to prepare for 2023?
El Dinero Habla
My #1 suggestion is - get your finances in check. If you don’t have a financial advisor for your business, I’d advise you to get one, and get one soon.
We cannot grow our businesses if we don’t know where we currently stand - against our competitors, with our community and in our bank accounts.
And if you need help finding someone you can trust, you’re in luck.
Meet Vanessa Duran. The Principal of DCC Accounting, and a financial executive with a decade of experience in business consulting and entrepreneurship, financial analysis, accounting and tax services.
She’s also the financial advisor I consulted when I was writing Jefa in Training and she contributed her knowledge to the chapter “El Dinero Habla”.
In this chapter, we go over how to create a financial plan for your business. Learn how to track your expenses, consider your capacity, evaluate your pricing, diversifying your revenue streams + more.
If you’re looking for some financial planning and tax assistance, email Vanessa Duran at vanessa@dccaccounting.com and let her know you came from my newsletter. She’ll take good care of you!
What to read this quarter:
If you’re truly looking to level up your business, I’m going to recommend three books you need to read - and ASAP.
What Would Frida Do? A Guide To Living Boldly by Arianna Davis - While not a business book, the way Arianna uses Frida’s life to inspire creativity in our own lives is incredible. Highly recommend for anyone feeling stuck.
Jefa in Training by Ashley K. Stoyanov Ojeda - For sure a shameless plug, but also contains the necessary strategic frameworks you’ll need to grow your business.
Leapfrog by Nathalie Molina Niño -Frida inspires creativity, Jefa helps you create a blueprint, and Leapfrog teaches invaluable leadership hacks for any CEO.
