As we close out our first full year as a membership community, I’m reflecting on the incredible growth, wins, and impact of The Jefa in Training Circle—and how excited I am for what’s to come.

As I think about 2024, my heart is full of gratitude for the amazing women in The Jefa in Training Circle. This year, we celebrated so many wins together:

Consultants making their first six figures.
Coaches hosting sold-out retreats.
Aspiring authors completing book proposals and getting offers.
Rebrands being launched successfully.

Every member has brought so much drive and determination to the Circle, and I couldn’t be prouder of the impact we’re making across industries. This community is truly something special.
The Vision
This was our first full year as a membership community, and I’ve been intentional about building a strong foundation for growth. From creating valuable resources to fostering authentic engagement, I wanted to ensure that The Jefa in Training Circle was a space where Latina entrepreneurs could thrive.
My vision for this Circle is clear: to grow into a community of powerful, driven Latina entrepreneurs and thought leaders who are shaping industries and driving change. I see this Circle not just as a membership, but as a launchpad—a place where collaborations happen, visibility is amplified, and impact is multiplied.
